Licensing
User based – 5 devices
The license is user based, you do not need to buy a license for each device you are using.
The license is limited to 5 active devices (PC or mobile devices). If you want to use it on a 6th device, you will have to deactivate a device.

BlueSafe services are “inAppPurchase”: the service can be ordered directly using ChatCal App. BlueSafe services is normally available within one day.
ChatCal personal use
archiving and protection
Using ChatCal-FREE or ChatCalPRO for personnal use, you create personal event, at the end of its lifecycle (“terminated”),the event:
- either is archived in BlueSafe, and automatically removed of your devices, if you have subscribed a personal BlueSafe archiving service.
- otherwise it remains in your device(s) until you remove it, ChatCal container does not protect any more “terminated” event and its information, allowing you to export it out of its ChatCal container (the citrus architecture does not protect its privacy anymore) and archive it on your own
Large organization
Discount
As company, you may want to order over 100 licences. You can get discounted pricing for bulk pack order.
You can deploy the licenses progessively to your employees, in granting them the right to create event on behalf of your organization.
If you have already licenses, the yearly price will be automatically adapted at contract date to your number of licenses.
Company wide licensing
For company over 100’000 employees, BCC is ready to study company wide license (including majority owned participation in subsidiaries) based on number of employees published on your annual report. Please get in touch with us info@bluechatcal.com
Fiscal year alignment
To facilitate budget planning and accounting, BCC offers the service to align the yealy fees invoice to your fiscal year. You just have in your order or contract indicate your fiscal year period, we will align the yearly invoice on your fiscal year.
