ChatCal is delivered in 2 versions

ChatCal Pro: for the users, who organize professional events on behalf of their company.
“ChatCal Free”: is sufficient for invitees to participate and collaborate in the event they are invited.

both are personal use enabled, and behave slitghly differently whether you create or accept the invitation

Using ChatCal

For professional and private use

ChatCal Pro version

The Pro version is bound to a BlueSafe company contract, that will archive events in its record management (10 GB disk space by default).

Create professional events

ChatCal Pro version permits to create Professional events on behalf of the company If you work for many companies, you will have to choose, which company.If the company does not have a valid contract the event will not be created and synchronized.

When a user creates a professional event, the event bears the professional email of the user that can’t be modified. In case of error the event can be deleted before to become “active”.

Company control

The company BlueChatCal administrator assigns ChatCal Pro licenses to the collaborators (as he does for an email address) . He can suspend, revoke and reassign the license to another user (employee leaving the company)

ChatCal free version

Event creation is limited to private life, social life and family life, you can’t create professional event
when invited to participate in an event you can select professional life, private life, family life or social life
does not archive the events that the user has created. The user can contract a BlueSafe archiving service
- single (for him)
- family (for 4 members in standard)
is limited in event life cycle management

Personal use enabled

Both version are personal use enabled: the user can create personal events in life family, private and social. The life segment architecture permit to segregate business and other information. These personal events will be archived in the Personal BlueSafe archiving service (if any) and certainly not in the company Blue Digital Safe.

Licensing

ChatCalPRO: The Pro version licensing is a “Company email based license”, managed by the company BlueChatCal administrator, who grants a ChatCal pro version to the company collaborator. The administrator can re-attribute the license to another collaborator (leaving collaborator …)

When you are a single person company you are also the administrator of the company.

ChatCalFREE version licensing is “named licence” assigned to a person and can’t be transferable,

The license is valid for 5 active devices, both mobile and desktop.
