For each client you can create many case dossier. For each case you create as many events as needed. When you create the event, you relate it to the case. Events can be chained together.
When you meet a client, who has many cases, you can link this event meeting with all the concerned cases.
Once the event terminated, the event and its contributions are kept securely in the case dossier in BlueSafe Record Management.
Chat securely with your client
When you receive an invitation to participate in an event, a notification, a transcript… you relate it to the case dossier. You invite your client to an event and communicate with him the received notifications, exercing an active security and set mobile rights to protects event and its content in mobile devices out of the defined “safe place”
Liaise securely with opponent and justice bodies
Create an event to liaise with the opponent law firm. attach documents and discuss with him to reach an agreement
Invited by the justice to provide your plea, or any exhibit, you can
- relate this event to the case dossier
- create a sub event to chat with your client
- then attach simply your plea (and other documents) as contribution to the justice event
Time control
Reminders and alarms: on event let you organize your work and prevent from delay exceed. You receive a court decision or order, just create an event related to the case, scan the document with your phone and set a deadline on this event, use it next to chat with your client.
