The restaurant appears in the “What’s around” earch for occasional clients and tourists

Course suggestions: according to the season/budget, Compliance with vegan vegetarian habits, diet (diabetic, cholestrol…)
Dish information as:
- photo, guest rating and comments, estimated calories, allergic sensitivity, compliance with diet,
- Suggestion as wine recommendation
- options as
- blue, red, rare, medium, well done
- served with (vegetable, gratin…), choose it
- Take out capability
- Availibility of dishes: remain only or “sorry, sold out”
Translations: The menu can be translated using mobile app

The e-menu is synchronized in each gurest device. Reading the e-menu, they can

Every day returning from the market (early morning, Louis bought marvelous scallop shell nuts and few overnight caught turbots), he shares the proposed specialties of the day as complement of the e-menu that is shared with:

dedicated to welcome guests
Welcome guests and bring them to the reserved table, very few paper-based menus to distribute as the e-menu is synchronized with their ChatCal lunch event. The guest can order directly form the e-menu and knows in advance remaining dishes availability or “sold out”.
As some guest are still traditional,
- Mary and the waiter create an “instant lunch event”, the table number as location and the various guest position to remember who orders what
- distribute to each the paper based menu (that has a QRcode to register as follower)
- has on her tablet the daily e-menu and tap the choice of each guests, with option and the availability of the dishes
As soon as they tap the order, the kitchen is informed and inform back Marie or the waiter, when dishes are ready to serve.
At the end of the lunch or dinner, the e-bill is automatically sent to the event owner or printed, The payment at best convenience, cash, credit card or electronic

Louis can inform them regularly, when

From time to time, to celebrate seasonnal products, Louis and Marie organize special theme menu (Asparagus, Wid hunting, Ceps, Morel…), with an attractive fix price (wine and beverage on top)

la “Grenouille Gourmande” extended recently its services to a take away service, specially cooked for microwave and using recycling packaging , intended to
- the staff of the neighbouring shops and offices that just have a pause for on site lunch
- social services that come and deliver menus to delight old reclusive seniors at home
- to recomfort the hospital, firefight and urgency staff during urgency period

Loyalty rewarding
La “Grenouille Gourmande” rewards the loyalty of its clients with bonus, when reaching the goal,. the restaurant offers free drinks
Wine and product testing session
To promote and sell their product, La Grenouille Gourmande receive wine representative or a local producer. With their agreement, Louis informs using “Open event” his followers to participate in this tasting session, discover the products…and hopefully order directly goods to the representative
Training session
- Cooking training session to her gourmet follower
- and “discovery of the tatse” session to the pupils of the school
Rating and comments
Guest can leave a comment on a dish or on their experience, As well Marie and Louis can leave comments on their guests. Upon common agreement, these comments may be public or remain private.
